Big bucks, no replacement ring for their error!
Mistake made by them in filling order. Returned ring at MY cost! Still waiting for replacement ring 6 weeks plus later! Inquired about status of my order? Apology received stating, due to workload. Really think they should prioritize orders incorrectly filled as high priority if they want a good review and happy customers! Customer service was great at first, but now nothing. I held off placing this review in hopes that my new ring would arrive, but it hasn’t even been sent yet and I don’t even know if it’s been remade yet. Can’t get any answers and there’s no one to answer there phone there. Have to rely on emails.
