How long does it take to process my order?

We ship all out items as soon as possible. On average all items are shipped in 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If for any reason your item will take longer to ship I will get in touch with you immediately. If the engraving service is chosen for the order, it may take an additional business day to prepare.  

If Express shipment such as the FedEx 2-Day or USPS Express is chosen, we will process your order in *1 business day (If engraving is chosen, it may alter this turnaround at an additional 1-2 business days) 

-As each Hawaiian Jewelry Gold, Platinum, and Silver Rings are hand made here in Honolulu, Hawaii, it will require an additional 2 business days for processing. We do not keep stock and each piece is hand made for you. 

-Saturday delivery may not be available if the purchase is made on a Wednesday. Please contact us regarding the delivery time for our Hawaiian Jewelry Collections. The follow collections is available for Saturday delivery if the purchase is made by Wednesday.

How long will it take to arrival once it has been shipped? 

Ring Size Exchange Policy

We want you to LOVE and cherish your items. If you have gotten your size mixed up or have decided on another style instead, you may return the item(s) within 100 days of receiving it for an exchange. All HI-TECH Ceramic, Tungsten Carbide, Titanium, & Zirconiums rings that are not engraved are eligible for a direct exchange for another size. 

Under the following conditions a direct exchange will NOT apply: 

*CERAMIC, TITANIUM, TUNGSTEN CARBIDE, & ZIRCONIUM rings that are engraved with a personalized message are not exchangeable.
Please contact us regarding resizing your ring. 

*14K & 18K GOLD, STERLING SILVER, & PLATINUM Hawaiian Heirloom Jewelries will not be exchange but resizable by half sizes. Fees may apply if the ring needs to be resized more or less than half a size

*Resizing fee will apply for any stone set,  two-tone, or tri-tone 14K & 18K GOLD, STERLING SILVER, & PLATINUM rings which resizing is required. Stone set  rings are not exchangeable. 

*The ring(s) must be in its original condition with no scratches or damages.

Below are the steps for exchanging your ring for a new size.

1. Please create an account to initiate an exchange request. Here is where to create/log in to your account: https://www.happylaulea.com/account/login
An account is not yet created for your order so you will need to create one. Please make sure to use the email address that was used to make  the purchase when you create an account. 

2. Within your account, please click the 'EXCHANGE' button and continue to agree to the terms & conditions and click on 'Get Your Returns Label'.

3. Enter your order number and zip code

4. Select 'Exchanges' from the drop down menu

5. Click 'Print Return Label' The cost of the label will be $7. 

6. Go Back to your account page and fill out the 'exchange form' and click 'Send Request' 

When shipping, please make sure to send your original invoice or a copy of the invoice within the parcel. Once shipped, obtain the tracking number that was provided as it will be used in the next step. 

Once the parcel has arrived back to us in Honolulu, it will approximately take 2-4 business days to process your exchange request. An email with the tracking number will be provided for you via email once your exchange request is completed. 

We offer FREE return shipping from Honolulu, Hawaii back to your Location for your exchanged item(s) within the United States. International customers please contact us at service@happylaulea.com. 

If faster service is need to meet a special occasion or wedding date, please let us know on the form within your account and we will do the best in our ability and resources to make arrangements to expedite your exchange.

Return Policy 

Order Cancelations
Order cancelation must be made within 24hrs once the order is placed. Please note that any hand made Hawaiian jewelry solid gold ring(s) will be implemented with a 15% restocking fee if the order is canceled after 24hrs. 

Refunds
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at HappyLaulea. That is why we offer an easy 15 days return policy once you have received the item(s).

Item(s) must be in their unused condition with receipt attached with its original order number. Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify. 

The following special conditions will apply on returns: 

• -All item(s) purchased from Happy Laulea can be returned except for Engraved Items and Custom Ordered Items. Returns or exchanges not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches, and engraved items.
• 
  -15% restocking fee on any returned solid 14K gold,18K gold, platinum ring(s).

  -The 15 days will start once you have received your original order. 
  
  You can expect a refund within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Disclaimer and Exclusions

Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of your new ring size, replacements or credits/returns. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweler are also not considered new. Once all conditions have been verified, we will send your new ring to the address that is indicated on the Request Exchange Form or provide a refund to the purchaser of the order. 

Lost and Stolen Packages

HappyLaulea will not be responsible for any packages that has gone missing or that may have been stolen. It is highly recommended choosing a shipping method with signature confirmation or insurance. Lost or stolen items are not refundable without insurance.

Ring Sizing Tip

1. Make sure to have your ring measured by a professional jeweler or please use a ring sizer. The image below will indicate a ring sizer which most jewelers will have in hand. 

When sizing, please make sure that the width of the sizer is similar to the width of the ring you are interested in. If you are sized with a very thin sizer the wider band will be tight due to the width difference. 

2. Never use a tape measure or string to measure your finger. String can stretch and paper can be easily damaged. Both methods lead to inaccuracies. Also, when you measure ring size this way, you are not taking into consideration the size the ring needs to be to slip over the finger joint or knuckle.
