Beautiful Ring that works perfectly!

My fiance and I discussed that men can wear engagement rings too. So, we looked around and found this beautiful ring for him. I took him to our special restaurant and I "proposed" to him with the ring. He said yes, it was fun:)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

For all domestic orders within the United States, we ship using FedEx, USPS, or a combination of both. Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days from the time they are placed. If there are any expected delays, we’ll notify you right away.

Please note that selecting our engraving service may add an additional business day to your order's preparation time.

Our handmade Hawaiian jewelry—including sterling silver, platinum, and solid gold rings—typically takes 3–4 business days to create. Orders with multiple items or custom features such as stone settings or engraved messages may require more time. If you’ve discussed customizations with our team, please allow for a longer production window.

Keep in mind that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.

All of our gold, silver and platinum jewelry is handcrafted to order in Honolulu, Hawaii. Because we don’t keep a ready stock, pieces ordered midweek (such as on Wednesday) are not eligible for Saturday delivery.

ARE THE RINGS SOLD IN 14K, SOLID GOLD?

All of our jewelry is crafted from solid gold. We pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our products, ensuring that each piece is substantial and made to last.

HOW CAN I VERIFY THAT THE JEWELRY IS SOLID GOLD?

Each piece of our jewelry is stamped with a hallmark that indicates its gold purity, commonly seen as 10K, 14K, or 18K. This hallmark is an assurance of both the quality and the authenticity of the metal used.

We ship domestically to all 50 States in the U.S. and Internationally to over 30 countries around the world.

Every order shipping within the USA automatically qualifies for free highly-insured shipping.

International orders are shipped via highly-insured, signature-required via DHL International Express shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Customer satisfaction is a core value at Happy Laulea, which is why we offer an easy 30-day return policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it in its original condition within 30 days of the date of delivery refund or exchange. Please note the following items cannot be returned:
1. Custom Jewelry
2. Sale items
3. Any item(s) with custom engraving

You must request your return authorization AND ship your jewelry back to us within this 30-day return period in NEW, UNWORN condition with:
1. The return policy tag still attached & untampered with
2. Original invoice and packaging

We do not refund shipping, appraisal costs, or grading cards, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. However, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee.

Only one return/exchange is allowed per customer as we must limit overhead costs to protect our foundation's funding.View return policy here.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
