The ring is amazing and beautiful. They did a great job showing the design in the listing photos unlike other sites. The only issue was sizing. I wear a size 10 ring, wanting a tighter fit I order a 9.75 ring. Well obvious from the title it didn't fit and would nearly slide off. So I went with a 9.5, a full half size smaller then I normally wear and still it's too loose. I don't want to go through the hassle of another exchange as usually a .25 smaller would have solved it but at this point and from the last two rings I feel I need to go down a full size, so size 9, even though I've always worn a 10 (still do, all my other rings are 10 except this one and fit well)

For all domestic orders within the United States, we utilize FedEx, USPS, or a combination of both for shipping. Please be advised that selecting our engraving service may add an extra business day to the preparation time.
Our Handmade Hawaiian Jewelry, including Sterling Silver, Platinum, and Solid Gold Rings, usually requires 3-4 business days for creation. For customized pieces involving stone settings, engraved messages, or any other specific customizations previously discussed with our team, additional time may be needed to craft your personalized item. We encourage you to take these production times into account when ordering.
Keep in mind that Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.
Our Hawaiian Jewelry, including Gold, Platinum, and Silver Rings, is meticulously handcrafted in Honolulu, Hawaii. As each item is made to order specifically for you, we do not have a ready stock, which means that orders placed on a Wednesday will not be eligible for Saturday delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it in its original condition within 30 days of the date of delivery refund or exchange. Please note the following items cannot be returned:

You must request your return authorization AND ship your jewelry back to us within this 30-day return period in NEW, UNWORN condition with:
1. The return policy tag still attached & untampered with
2. Original invoice and packaging
We do not refund shipping, appraisal costs, or grading cards, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. However, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee.
