My question is how do you make your Black diamonds? I know they are not topically natrual. I ask because there is a visable bubble. And there is a slight chip. I gave it to my fiance. We do not refund shipping, appraisal costs, or grading cards, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. However, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee.
