Ring Size Exchange Policy

We want you to love and cherish your items. If you have gotten your size mixed up or have decided on another style instead, you may return the item(s) within 100 days of receiving it for an exchange from the original purchase date. The ring must be in its original condition with no scratches or damages.

*Engraved Items are not exchangeable. 

*Will only apply to Ceramic, Titanium, Tungsten, and Zirconium materials. Solid 14K, 18K Gold, Platinum, and Silver materials are still exchangeable even though if it is engraved. 

If you need to perform an size exchange, simply fill out our Request Exchange Form specifying the reason for your request. This helps us to process your request in the most efficient and timely manner.

You can send the product back to HappyLaulea with any courier and method of shipment you choose, with the understanding that the product is in your possession until delivered to our office, and verified as delivered by signature or delivery confirmation if chosen.

We offer FREE return shipping from Honolulu, Hawaii for your exchanged item(s) within the United States. Simply follow the instructions Exchange Process below and your are all set to go. International customers will need to purchase a return shipping label which we will provided once the Request Exchange Form has been submitted.

Below are the steps to exchanging or returning a ring for new new size/style.

1. Send the ring back to us using the delivery method of your choice to the address below. Please make sure to send your original invoice or an copy of the invoice. Once shipped, please obtain the tracking number on the parcel which will be used in the next step.

2. Once you have obtained the tracking number from the shipping courier, please fill out the exchange request form. To look up your order, please login or create an account. You must use the email address that was used to purchase the item.

3. Once the parcel has arrived back to us in Honolulu, we will contact you that we have received it and we will provide you with an approximate turnaround regarding your new ring. You will then receive a second email with the tracking number once your new ring(s) has shipped back to your location.

If faster service is need to meet a wedding date, please let us know on the form, so we can make arrangements to expedite your exchange.

Return Policy 

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at HappyLaulea. That is why we offer an easy 15 days return policy. 

  • All item(s) purchased from Happy Laulea can be returned except for Engraved Items and Custom Ordered Items. Returns or exchanges not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches, and engraved items.
  • 15% restocking fee on any returned 14K gold,18K gold, platinum ring(s). 

Item(s) must be in their unused condition with receipt attached with its original order number. Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify. 

You can expect a refund within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Disclaimer and Exclusions

Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of your new ring size, replacements or credits/returns. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweler are also not considered new. Once all conditions have been verified, we will send your new ring to the address that is indicated on the Request Exchange Form or provide a refund to the purchaser of the order. 

Lost and Stolen Packages

HappyLaulea will not be responsible for any packages that has gone missing or that may have been stolen. It is highly recommended choosing a shipping method with signature confirmation or insurance. Lost or stolen items are not refundable without insurance.
