Loved the ring but take extra caution on the size.

My Finger is very small so i need to customize the ring. The staff was very helpful, they guide me through the process. I have few rings that comes in US1 and it fix my pinky finger very well, so i thought the size would be the same but then it arrive the ring was very tight on my finger. i contacted their customer service and they were very helpful. They could help me resize it but the problem is that i don't live in the United States so i had to pay for the shipping for return and back which was $40. So they gave me a suggestion, saying if i just need to resize it a bit, i can go to my local jewellery shop to see if they can adjust the size since the procedure isn't complicated. Luckily i did because i thought i just need to expand half a size up in the end i need to make it almost a full size up. The ring i bought is a thick band therefore i think you have to order a bigger size and other then that, i loved the ring, even it is customize, the ring is done in 3 days and was shipped out, will differently order again.

I love my new wedding ring! It’s well made and I was impressed that they had my hard-to-find size (3.5) in stock. I received it (in California) only a week after I ordered it, when a well known, national, Hawaiian, jewelry store told me it would take 8 weeks to special order and deliver a similar ring for $50 more. I would definitely order from Happy Laulea again. Mahalo for everything!
